Time flies so fast, the scene where we started online together last year is still vivid.
Looking back on 2020, it seems that the pause button was pressed in the first half of the year, the world is at a standstill, and our work is also at a standstill.
Whilce in the second half of the year, we seemed to press the fast forward button.
All the work was speeding up, and everyone was striving to make up for the losses in the first half of the year.
We have experienced too much in 2020, from family to work, from individual to organization, behind all these experiences, the biggest word we see is "growth".
Refusing to grow is actually avoiding problems and avoiding pain.
The tendency to avoid problems and avoid pain is the root of human mental illness.
If you don't deal with it in time, you will pay a heavy price for it and endure more suffering.
Growth is a kind of inevitable.
Sooner or later it will come.
Life is so cruel. A red thread of growth is used to separate all beings.
