How to choose suitable machine?
- Customers can supply production details and requirements, we will recommend suitable models or solutions for reference. Most professional suggestions and machinery will provide to you.
How long is the machine leading time?
- For standard machines, it will be 1-2 weeks; for customized machines, it will be 30-60 days, depending on the machine model and the quantity.
Oversea Service （Technical Assistance）
- Our machine is almost installed and tested well before delivery. Manual and instruction book are sent to you free together with the machine, and we also provide different language version, such as Spanish, Russian and other languages.
- 24 hours technical support by calling, video and email.
- Engineers are available to finish machine installation and operation training. We can provide adequate after - sales service accessories.The concrete expense will be negotiated additionally.
Could you ship machines to my country? If possible, could you make DTD?
- Yes, just advise us your destination port, we have cooperative shipping forwarder team for many years. So we could offer EXW, FOB, CIF, DDU, DDP price, usual suggest receiver address is business district.
How long is guarantee?
- Machines are under 12 months guarantee without man-made damage, during guarantee if parts refer to quality, customer can get new spare parts to replace broken components.
Where and how long can we get the replacement parts?
- Most of the common spare parts are ready in stock. Then we could send them to your address within one week.
Some spare parts can be purchased locally.
Payment Terms
- T/T 30% in advanced, 70% balance before delivery.
Could you make the machine according my own requirements?
- Of course, we accept OEM and ODM.
